Studio Policy

48-Hour Advance Booking: All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings within 48 hours (same-day or next-day) are subject to a higher rate. Availability is handled case-by-case – please contact us directly.
Weekend Appointments: All Friday, Saturday, and Sunday bookings after 2:00 pm must be scheduled via phone call. Availability on weekends varies due to private events.
Set Reservations: Booking a set reserves that specific set only. Changing sets during your appointment is not allowed unless you book multiple sets simultaneously.
Time Management: We are by appointment only. You are responsible for your time. Any overages over 15 minutes will be automatically charged an additional hour.
Restrooms: Restrooms are available

Props Usage: Props are only available for free use to photographers with a studio subscription. Non-subscribers may inquire about prop rental rates or book online in advance.
Set Amenities: Each set includes one NEWER light. Additional lights can be added for $25 each.

Each set has a limited guest capacity of 7 to prevent overcrowding.
For additional guests, there is an extra charge of $5/person/hour or the option to book additional sets to expand your allowed guest count and access more lighting equipment.

Children are allowed, but please note other productions during shared space bookings may not be appropriate.

During shared space bookings, we do not manage noise levels from fans, music, or group conversations. Excessive noise will be addressed if disruptive.
If audio recording is essential, consider booking the entire warehouse for privacy

Set Condition: All sets are initially empty spaces. Props and support equipment must be returned to their original locations before your session ends.
Messy Concepts: Paint, fake blood, glitter, excessive oils, waxes, smoke bombs, etc., are not allowed unless pre-approved.
Cleaning Charge: Failure to clean up or restore the space to its original condition may result in a minimum $150 cleaning charge.

Nudity: Not allowed during shared space bookings. If you are planning a shoot involving any nudity please consider booking the entire studio for privacy.

Effects: Fog/haze machines or any effects interfering with other bookings are not allowed during shared bookings.
Studio Blackout: Blackout for controlled lighting or projector use is available primarily for full studio bookings.

48 Hours or More: You will receive your remaining balance, minus the $25 non-refundable deposit.
Less Than 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
